肝气郁结型黄褐斑的中医美容综合疗法探索

摘要

Objective:To explore TCM comprehensive therapy of hepatic depression syndrome chloasma. Method:Selecting 60 cases of hepatic depression syndrome chloasma from January,2012 to January,2014,and randomly dividing them into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group had the conventional therapy combined with TCM comprehensive therapy. The effects of two groups were compared. Result:Total effective rate of the observation group(73.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (46.7%),with statistical significance,P<0.05; patients of the two groups during treatment had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion:Application of TCM comprehensive therapy of hepatic depression syndrome chloasma had significant efficiency,and is worth promotion.%目的：探讨中医美容综合疗法在肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者临床应用效果。方法：选取我院在2012年1月至2014年1月收治的肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用中医美容综合疗法，并比较两组疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（93.3%）明显大于对照组（80.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论：中医美容综合疗法在肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广。
