根据定速式摩擦试验机国家试验标准GB5763-98,设计了适合研究微型汽车摩擦材料摩擦性能的小样试验,进行不同环境温度、不同滑动速度和定载荷的摩擦试验,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的分析手段,研究了摩擦过程中摩擦面温度对微车离合器摩擦材料摩擦因数的影响,结合样件的摩擦面形貌分析了产生影响的机理,得出微车离合器摩擦材料摩擦因数先增大后减小的变化规律,并从摩擦材料摩擦因数角度解释了微车离合器起步发抖和烧蚀的主要故障产生的原因.%According to GB5763-98 national test standards of the fixed-speed friction tester, friction performance test was designed for micro-vehicle. Based on the stable load the frictional tests were carried out under the variable speed and the different ambient temperature,and the mechanism of friction coefficient change was analyzed. The micro-car clutch main fault of the started shaking and clutch ablation were explained from the view point of friction coefficient of friction materials.
