基于FPGA的光伏MPPT控制系统设计与实现

         

摘要

为验证基于FPGA的光伏最大功率跟踪系统的应用效果,采用SOPC和FPGA技术,设计一款光伏电池最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制系统.采用Altera公司的QuartusⅡ软件开发SOPC光伏控制系统,通过三点比较MPPT控制算法提高最大功率跟踪稳定性.根据Avalon总线IP核的设计方法,利用Verilog HDL硬件描述语言设计光伏MPPT控制IP核,通过带有EP4CE6F17C8开发板进行验证.验证结果表明:基于FPGA设计的光伏MPPT控制系统工作稳定,能动态地跟踪光伏电池的最大功率点的变化,具有响应速度快、可靠性高和易于升级等优点,可应用于光伏发电系统中.%To verify the application effect of photovoltaic maximum power point tracking system based on FPGA, SOPC and FPGA technologies are used to design a photovoltaic maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control system. Quartus Ⅱ software of Altera company is applied to develop the SOPC photovoltaic control system and three-point comparison MPPT method is applied to enhance maximum power point tracking stability. According to the design method of Avalon IP core, Verilog HDL (hardware description language) is used to design the MPPT IP core of PV system and development board with EP4CE6F17C8 is used to verify the correctness of the design. The verification results show that the photovoltaic MPPT control system designed with FPGA has stable performance and can dynamically track the change of the maximum power point of photovoltaic cells, which is characterized by fast response speed, high reliability and easy upgrading, thus it can be used in photovoltaic power generation system.
