列文式蒸发器回液管的改进应用

摘要

在高锰酸钾生产过程中，蒸发器回液管堵塞会导致跑列文，降低了蒸发效能，严重时直接影响生产。经过对回液管的分析研究，将原来折弯而下的DN76管改为直通而下的DN89管，解决了回液管堵塞问题，提高了蒸发效能，可为企业扩建使用列文蒸发器提供参考。%In the production process of potassium permanganate,the evaporator tube clogging can lead to the running-off of fluid and the reduction of the evaporation efficiency,as affects the production directly.After an analysis of tube,the original DN76 tube is bent down to straight DN89 tube,as can solve the circling tube in blockage to increase evaporation performance in business expansion to use Levin-evaporators.
