研究目的：构建农村居民点迁村并点的适宜性评价体系，对迁村并点的适宜性进行评价，并对迁村并点进行条件判别。研究方法：层次分析法。研究结果：（1）从自然条件的角度构建了迁村并点适宜性评价指标体系。（2）确定了指标体系因素层和指标层的权重，地形条件是迁村并点首要考虑的因素，其权重比较大。（3）界定了迁出与合并的适宜性分值分别为小于0．20和大于O．70。（4）分析得出了迁村与并点两种模式的判别条件。研究结论：开展迁村并点的适宜性评价与判别是必要的，一方面有利于进行合理的搬迁与集中选址，另一方面可以根据居民点的条件进行快速地迁村并点判别。%The purpose of this paper is to establish a system to assess the suitability and further identify the decision of village relocation or residential land consolidation in designing village rearrangement planning. The AHP method was used. The results included that firstly a suitability assessment index system of relocation and consolidation had been built from the natural condition＇s point of view, Secondly, the weights of the indicators were decided through methods of literature review and the Delphi consultation. The topographic condition is the .main factor so its weight is comparatively large. Thirdly, the assessment results could also he the criteria for identifying whether the village is appropriate for relocation or consolidation, i.e., the relocation was appropriate if the score was less than 0.2 and the consolidation was appropriate if the score was more than 0.7. Finally, the condition of relocation and consolidation were also summarized. The conclusion is that it is necessary to assess and identify the suitability for relocation and consolidation due to profitable and efficiency reasons.
