带状疱疹后 Wolf’s 同位反应1例

摘要

A 18-year-old female suffered from herpes zoster on right breast and back 40 days ago. After the lesion healed, some erythematous-desquamative lesions developed on the sites of the original lesions. Histological examination was in accordance with the change of psoriasis (Wolf’s isotopic response).%患者，女，18岁。右侧乳房及背部带状疱疹40余天，皮疹愈合半月后，于原部位出现簇集性鳞屑性斑丘疹，皮肤组织病理符合银屑病，诊断为银屑病(带状疱疹 Wolf’s 同位反应)。
