2％夫西地酸乳膏联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度痤疮疗效评价

摘要

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of 2% fusidic acid cream combined with 0. 1%adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne. Methods:Two hundred and eight patients with moderate ac-ne were divided into 3 groups. Eighty-four patients in the treatment group were treated with 2% fusidic acid cream combined with 0.1% adapalene gel. Sixty-six patients in the control group A were treated with 1% clin-damycin gel combined with 0.1% adapalene gel. Fifty-eight patients in the control group B were treated with 0.1% adapalene gel. Results:The effective rates in the treatment group, control group A and control group B were 91. 60%, 71. 21% and 50% respectively. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the three groups. Conclusion:2% fusidic acid cream combined with 0.1% adapalene gel is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate acne.%目的：：评价2％夫西地酸乳膏联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶局部外用治疗中度痤疮临床疗效。方法：208例中度痤疮患者被随机分为3组：治疗组84例、对照组A 66例、对照组B 58例，分别予以局部外用2％夫西地酸乳膏联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶、1％克林霉素凝胶联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶和单用0.1％阿达帕林凝胶治疗。结果：治疗后第8周，治疗组、对照组A和对照组B有效率分别为91.60％、71.21％和50％。3组均未见明显不良反应。结论：2％夫西地酸乳膏联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶局部外用治疗中度痤疮安全有效。
