目的：：了解医疗机构性病服务的现状,为进一步提供更好的性病诊疗服务。方法：2015年对全国各级医疗机构进行抽样问卷调查,应用SAS 9.2软件对调查资料进行统计分析。结果：共调查1157家医疗机构,结果显示近3年参加性病诊疗培训的医生和性病实验室培训的实验室人员的培训率分别为53.0％和44.6％。70.8％的性病门诊规章制度健全,94.0％的实验室规章制度健全。苄星青霉素或普鲁卡因青霉素配备率为70.4％。78.4％的医疗机构同时开展了非梅毒螺旋体血清学试验和梅毒螺旋体血清学试验；5.7％未开展任何梅毒的实验室检测项目。大多医疗机构开展了不同程度的性病门诊干预服务,如设置性病防治宣传栏、张贴宣传画等。近3年梅毒实验室质量控制合格率均在90％以上。结论：近年来各级医疗机构性病规范服务的能力有较大提高,但在性病治疗药物储备,医务人员的培训和针对性病就诊者提供性病健康教育和干预服务的能力上还需要进一步提高。%Objective:To evaluate the current situation of STD services at medical institutions, in order to provide better STD care services. Methods:A survey with a questionnaire was conducted. The STD care serv-ices institutions in all ever China was sampled in 2015. The data collected from the survey were analyzed using SAS 9.2 software. Results:One thousand one hundred and fifty-seven institutions were selected. In the past three years, 53.0% of doctors and 44.6% of laboratory technicians attended training course for STD services. The rules and regulations at 70.8% of STD clinics and 94.0% of laboratories were set up. Benzathine penicillin was provided in 70.4% of the institutions. Both non-specific and specific syphilis serological tests were provid-ed in 78.4% of the institutions. However, no syphilis tests were provided in 5.7% institutions. Most medical institutions had certain forms of intervention services at STD clinics, such as bulletin boards and posters. In the past 3 years, 90% of medical institutions passed the quality control program for syphilis laboratory tests. Conclusion:In recent years, the capacity of providing standardized STD services at different level of medical institutions has been improved greatly, but effort in providing Benzedrine penicillin should be strengthened and the ability in providing intervention services at STD clinics needs to be further improved.
