果酸联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗毛周角化病疗效评价

目的：：评价果酸联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗毛周角化病的疗效。方法：选取60例毛周角化病患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组31例，治疗组给予果酸换肤(2周1次)联合0.1％阿达帕林凝胶外涂(每晚1次)，共8周；对照组仅外用0.1％阿达帕林凝胶。治疗结束后随访12周。结果：治疗组有效率为70.37％，明显高于对照组42.86％(P<0.05)。治疗组4例，对照组3例出现红斑、脱屑和烧灼感。治疗组复发率为14.81％，明显低于对照组39.29％( P<0.05)。结论：果酸联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗毛周角化病较单用阿达帕林凝胶有效率高且复发率低。%Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of glyclic acid peeling combined with ada-palene gel in the treatment of keratosis pilaris. Methods: Sixty patients with keratosis pilaris were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Twenty nine patients in the treatment group were treated with glyclic acid peeling, once every two weeks, for 4 times and topical adapalene gel, every night for 8 weeks. Thirty one patients in the control group were treated with topical adapalene gel alone. The patients were followed up for 12 weeks after treatment. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 70. 37%, which was higher than that in the control group (42.86%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). Four pa-tients in the treatment group and three patients in the control group developed erythema and desquamation with burning sensation during the course of treatment. The recurrent rate in the treatment group was 14.81%, which was lower than that in the control group (39.29%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Glyclic acid peeling combined with adapalene gel is more effective in the treatment of keratosis pilaris with a lower recurrent rate.
