本文提出了一种新颖的过零检测电路。该电路的特点在于,结构简单,易于实现,且由于所用管子较少,极大地节省了版图面积,功耗也随之降低。基于0.35μmBCD工艺,利用HsPice对该电路进行了验证。仿真结果表明,该电路在给定的工艺和温度波动范围内(-40℃-125℃)都能够实现高精度的过零检测,具有较强的鲁棒性;且电路消耗的电流仅为24μA。%The paper presents a novel zero crossing detection circuit. The characteristic of this circuit is that it has simple structure, and the circuit is easy to implement, what' s more, the structure greatly saves the area of the layout, and decreases the power consumption. Results based on the 0.35urn BCD process under the HSPICE simulation indicate that the circuit at a given process corners and temperature range ( -40℃ to 125℃ ) can do accurate zero crossing detection and keep stability very well, and the consumption of the circuit is only 24 micro amps.
