LED照明闪烁效应的评价及测量方法

摘要

Domestic and foreign experts are performing research obout the evaluation of flicker effect of LED lighting. A number of evaluation standards were published, but these standards emphasizes differently. This article introduces newly definitions of the concept of flicker effect involved in the current literatures which are approved by the IEC, IESNA and IEEE, and give the evaluation indexs and test methods of flicker effect based on the relevant standards.%针对LED照明闪烁效应的评价, 目前国内外专家进行了深入的研究.多个有关闪烁效应的评价标准已经发布, 但这些标准的侧重点和评估指标存在一定的区别.本文介绍了国际电工委员会、国际照明委员会和美国电气与电子工程师协会等新发布的有关LED照明闪烁的相关术语、闪烁效应评价方法及其测量方法, 并梳理了不同评价标准体系的特点.
