基于ANSYS的机床夹具的静动态特性分析

         

摘要

Machine tool fixture has a very important influence on the machining precision and quality of mechanical parts, and the static and dynamic characteristics of the fixture directly reflect the performance of the designed fixture.In order to determine the design rationality of the various parts of machine tool fixture, Pro/E software is used to build its three-dimensional model, and it is led in the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics.The weaknesses of the design are found out and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.And the foundation is laid for the subsequent optimization of fixture design.%机床夹具对机械零件的加工精度与质量有着非常重要的影响,夹具静动态特性的好坏直接反应了所设计夹具的性能.为了确定机床夹具各部分设计的合理性,利用Pro/E软件建立其三维模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,对其进行静动态特性分析,找出设计的薄弱环节,提出相应改进意见,进而为夹具设计的后续优化奠定基础.
