在电子病案模式下建立医疗质量管理系统分析

目的：保存患者病历资料及病历内容最有效的系统管理就是电子病案模式。方法患者经门诊检查后才能入院直到康复，病历书及治疗方案要求全程进行电子病案监控。结果由于医疗水平不断提高，电子病案有了更加完善的管理体系，使医疗水平达到信息化的标准，提高了工作效率。结论电子病案管理是医院最有效的管理，值得推广和应用。%Objective To save the patients' medical records and medical record contentmanagement system is the most effective electronic medical record mode. Methods Patients admitted by examination to until after medical books,and treatment scheme requires full electronic medical records monitoring. Results The medical level enhances unceasingly,the electronic medical record has a more perfect management system,so that the level of medical information standards,improve work efficiency.
