罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在下腹部手术中应用分析

摘要

Objective To study analyzing the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil and epidural anesthesia for lower abdominal surgery applications and adverse reactions. Methods The patients at our hospital undergoing elective abdominal surgery were a total of 72 patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group,after epidural anesthesia,the study group chasing garo ropivacaine combined with sufentanil group chasing garo piperazine cain composite saline. Analysis of the situation between the two groups of anesthetic effect and adverse reactions. Results The study group good results in analgesia and muscle relaxation effect,the total effective rate was 94.4% in the control group,the total effective rate was 94.4%,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P< 0.05). There were no serious adverse events. Conclusion Ropivacaine epidural anesthesia in line with sufentanil abdominal surgery good clinical anesthetic effect,low incidence of adverse reactions.%目的：研究分析罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在下腹部手术应用的麻醉效果和不良反应。方法将我院择期行下腹部手术的患者共72例患者随机分为研究组和对照组，在硬膜外麻醉后，研究组追加罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼，对照组追加罗哌卡因复合生理盐水，分析比较两组的麻醉效果和不良反应的情况。结果研究组在镇痛和肌松效果方面效果佳，总有效率达94.4%，对照组总有效率为94.4%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论罗哌卡因符合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉应用于下腹部手术中临床麻醉效果好，不良反应发生低。
