Objective To observe the postoperative complications of postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in patients with esophageal carcinoma,and to explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention. MethodsSelected 80 patients from January 2012 to January 2014. According to admission,al patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care of thoracic surgery,while the observation group was treated with predictive nursing care based on the conventional nursing. Then took the effective management during perioperative period.ResultsThe incidence of pneumonia and asphyxia in observation group was lower than that in control group. The difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing care of postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in patients with esophageal carcinoma can reduce pneumonia,asphyxia complications. It can help patients safely go through the perioperative period.%目的：观察食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者预见性护理干预后的并发症发生状况，探讨其护理效果。方法选取2012年1月～2014年1月80例患者，根据入院顺序将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组各40例。对照组应用胸外科护理常规方案，而观察组在常规护理基础上，采取对食管癌术后喉返神经损伤并发症预见性护理，对围手术期进行有效管理。结果观察组肺炎、窒息发生率均低于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者经预见性护理，可降低食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者肺炎、窒息并发症，使患者安全渡过围手术期。
