Objective To investigate the clinical features of children with rotavirus infection causes diarrhea, and nursing measures.MethodsFrom March 2011 to March 2011 pediatric patients in our 40 cases children with rotavirus infection causes diarrhea, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases. Two groups of children in the basis of conventional nursing care, give group compare the curative effect of two groups after comprehensive nursing measures and treatment. Results Based on the comprehensive nursing care, observation group of children achieved remarkable curative effect, the observation group with the total effective rate was 95%, compared with the total effective rate was 85% in the placebo group, the clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group. Groups of children with diarrhea was observed time, vomiting, body temperature recovery time were significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to the recovery of children with rotavirus infection causes diarrhea, its efficient is greatly improved, significantly shorten the treatment time, reminds us the importance of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with diarrhea, is worthy of reference for clinical nursing staff, learning.%目的：探讨轮状病毒感染致腹泻患儿的临床特点及护理措施。方法选择自2011年3月～2013年3月我院儿科收治的轮状病毒感染致腹泻患儿40例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各有20例。两组患儿在接受常规护理的基础之上，给予观察组综合护理措施后比较两组的疗效及治疗情况。结果通过对观察组患儿的综合护理，取得了显著疗效，其中观察组患儿总有效率为95％，而对照组患儿总有效率为85％，观察组临床疗效优于对照组。观察组患儿腹泻改善时间、呕吐缓解时间、体温恢复时间均短于对照组。结论综合护理干预有利于轮状病毒感染致腹泻患儿的恢复，其有效率得到大大提高，治疗时间显著缩短，提醒我们综合护理干预对腹泻患儿的重要性，值得临床护理工作人员借鉴、学习。
