18F-FDG PET-CT显像对胰腺癌的临床诊断价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the application value of PET-CT 18F-FDG imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods 51 patients with pancreatic lesions were selected as the research object,which were confirmed by surgery,pathology or clinical diagnosis. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of PET-CT 18F-FDG imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were examined by PET-CT 18F-FDG imaging.Results The sensitivity of PET-CT 18F-FDG to the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was 98.9%,the specificity was 84.5% and the accuracy was 96.3%.Conclusion PET-CT 18F-FDG imaging has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and has important clinical value for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.%目的：探讨18F-FDG PET-CT显像技术在胰腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取51例已经通过手术、病理检查或临床等综合诊断方法证实存在胰腺病变患者作为研究对象，对其进行18F-FDG PET-CT显像检查，观察18F-FDG PET-CT显像技术对胰腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确率。结果18F-FDG PET-CT对胰腺癌诊断的敏感性为98.9%，特异性为84.5%，准确性为96.3%。结论18F-FDG PET-CT显像技术对胰腺癌的诊断具有较高的敏感性和准确率，对胰腺癌的早期诊断具有重要临床价值。
