分析CT对良恶性胸膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤的鉴别诊断

摘要

目的：探讨CT对良恶性胸膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤（SFTP）患者的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取26例SFTP患者作为研究对象，所有患者均应用胸部CT检查与增强扫描。结果 CT表现：胸膜下肿块、结节边界清晰；18例良性，2例恶性，6例疑似诊断。结论应用CT诊断良恶性SFTP患者，特征较明显，能够提高准确诊断率。%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in the identification of benign and malignant pleural solitary fibrous tumor(SFTP)patients. Methods 26 cases of SFTP patients for the study,al patients with chest CT applications enhanced scan.ResultsCT findings: pleural tumors,nodules demarcated,18 cases of benign and malignant two cases,six cases of suspected diagnosis.ConclusionCT diagnosis of benign and malignant SFTP patient characteristics obviously,can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
