手法头皮针结合神经康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫

摘要

目的：本文就手法头皮针结合神经康复法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法选择我院从2012年2月～2014年1月收治的小儿脑瘫患者62例，按照入院时间将本组所有患儿平均分为两组，即对照组（n=31例）和观察组（n=31例），对照组患儿接受神经康复治疗法，观察组患儿接受手法头皮针结合神经康复治疗法，对比两组脑瘫患儿治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患儿治疗后的临床总有效率高于对照组患儿，组间存在的差异具有统计学意义。结论在小儿脑瘫治疗中应采用手法头皮针结合康复治疗法，其治疗效果较为显著。%Objective In this paper,the technique of the scalp needle combined with neurological treatment method to analyze and study the clinical effect of pedia cerebral palsy.Methods Our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 admitted during the period of 62 patients,according to this group of children with al the average admission time divided into two groups,namely the control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)and control group of children accepted neurological rehabilitation therapy,observation group children accepted technique scalp needle combined with nerve rehabilitation therapy,comparing the clinical effect of two groups of children with cerebral palsy after treatment.ResultsGroup with children with clinical total effective rate of treatment was obviously higher than that of control group,the differences between groups with statistical significance. ConclusionThe technique should be adopted in the treatment of infantile cerebral palsy scalp needle combined with rehabilitation therapy,the treatment effect is significant,can be in further clinical application and promotion.
