以腹泻为主要表现的缺血性结肠炎12例诊治分析

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 12 cases of ischemic colitis with diarrhea as the main symptom. Methods 12 patients with ischemic colitis were treated in our hospital,the patients were treated according to the location and extent of lesion and clinical characteristics in the course of treatment. The type and effect evaluation was analyzed. Results The diagnosis of 4 cases of patients with ischemic colitis,other patients diagnosed as acute enteritis. Colonoscopy was performed on 10 cases,diagnosed as ischemic colitis(83.3%). Conclusion To strengthen the vigilance of ischemic colitis,early by fiber colonoscopy can timely diagnosis,so as to effectively avoid patients with serious complications.%目的：探讨以腹泻为主要表现的缺血性结肠炎12例临床诊治效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的缺血性结肠炎患者12例，根据患者病变部位和范围以及在治疗过程中的临床特点，对其进行分型和效果进行评价。结果诊断为4例患者有缺血性结肠炎，其他患者诊为急性肠炎。对其进行结肠镜检查后，10例确诊为缺血性结肠炎（83.3%）。结论加强对缺血性结肠炎的警惕，早期通过纤维结肠镜检查可以及时确诊，从而有效避免造成患者出现严重的并发症。
