Objective The emergency care experience in treatment of patients with traumatic shock is to be summarized. Methods Chose 34 patients with traumatic shock treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. Patients in study group were given emergency care, while patients in control group were given elementary treatment; and then compare the rescue success rate and satisfaction rate of these two groups. Results The rescue success rate(93.75%)in study group was much higher than that in control group(83.33%), besides, the satisfaction rate in study group was higher than that in control group as wel ; there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups, and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency care can rescue of patients with traumatic shock timely, close doctor-patient relation; and is quite worthwhile to be promoted%目的：总结创伤性休克患者的急救护理体会。方法选取2013年10月～2014年10月我院收治的创伤性休克患者34例，观察组采取急救护理，对照组采取一般护理，比较两组抢救成功率与满意度。结果观察组抢救成功率（93.75%）相较于对照组（83.33%）较高，满意度高，两组护理效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论创伤性休克患者应用急救护理能够及时挽救患者生命，密切医患关系，切实可行。
