加味连朴饮治疗湿热阻胃证消化性溃疡的临床价值分析

         

摘要

目的:探析加味连朴饮治疗湿热阻胃证消化性溃疡的临床价值。方法选择2014年7月~2016年7月我院收治的89例湿热阻胃证消化性溃疡患者为观察目标,按照抽签法分为对照组(n=44)、观察组(n=45)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予加味连朴饮治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率是95.6%,同对照组患者的81.8%进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味连朴饮治疗湿热阻胃证消化性溃疡的临床效果确切。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of the treatment of peptic ulcer of damp heat syndrome with modified Lian Pu Yin.Methods 89 cases of gastric ulcer with damp heat resistance in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and observation group (n=45)according to the method of drawing lots. Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group were treated with modified Lian Pu Yin. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%,compared with 81.8% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Lian Pu Yin in the treatment of peptic ulcer with damp heat resistance is definite.
