超声监视下输卵管造影术及其临床应用

摘要

目的：研究超声监视下输卵管造影术应用在不孕症患者中的临床效果。方法对我院近年来收治的80例输卵管阻塞粘连患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，对其实行输卵管造影术，对于出现炎症阻塞患者给予庆大霉素、生理盐水、地塞米松宫腔注药等治疗，研究输卵管造影术的临床效果。结果经输卵管造影术干预160条疑似发生输卵管阻塞粘连的患者中存在85条卵管阻塞现象，卵管阻塞发病率是53.12%，影响该疾病的病因有很多，如宫腔手术史、生殖道感染以及子宫内膜异位症等。结论在不孕患者中实行超声监视下输卵管造影术具有显著效果，该技术属于无创性检查的一种措施，不仅具备直观、安全等特点，也存在重复性强的优势。%Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of falopian tube radiography under ultrasound monitoring in infertile patients.MethodsThe clinical data of patients with obstruction of adhesions were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital 80 cases of falopian tube were treated in recent years, the implementation of hysterosalpingography,for inflammatory obstruction treated with gentamicin,saline,dexamethasone intrauterine injection therapy,the clinical effect of salpingography.Results The salpingography intervention 160 suspected falopian tube of 85 tubal obstruction obstruction adhesions in patients with falopian tube obstruction incidence rate was 53.12%,there were a lot of influence of the etiology of the disease,such as uterine surgery,reproductive tract infections and endometriosis.Conclusion In infertility patients with ultrasound monitoring of tubal radiography has a significant effect, the technology is a non-invasive examination of a measure,not only has the characteristics of intuitive and safe,but also has the advantages of strong repeatability.
