内镜下食管支架置入术治疗晚期食管癌的护理体会

ObjectiveTo analyze the treatment methods of endoscopic esophageal stent placement,and summarize the nursing experience.MethodsThe clinical information of 26 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected in this paper,the treatment of esophageal stent implantation under endoscopy and the related nursing measures were selected.ResultsThe treatment of 26 patients were successful,and there was no complication of nursing care.Conclusion For the patients with advanced esophageal cancer,esophageal stent implantation can effectively resolve the problem of dysphagia patients,improve the patient's quality of life,and if you want to want to successful operation,control of complications occurrence rate of the,then it should be do a good job in patients with peri operative nursing.%目的：本文主要分析内镜下食管支架置入术护理的治疗手段，并从中总结出护理经验。方法本文选择出26例晚期食管癌患者的相关临床信息，对其实施内镜下食管支架置入术的治疗，并展开相关的护理措施。结果接受治疗的26例患者都能获得治疗成功，同时并没有发生护理并发症。结论对于晚期食管癌患者来说，内镜下食管支架置入术能够有效地解决患者吞咽困难的问题，提高了患者的生活质量，做好患者的围手术期护理可以提高手术成功率、控制并发症的发生率。
