大剂量补钾治疗对于妊娠剧吐的疗效

摘要

目的：分析大剂量补钾治疗对于妊娠剧吐的疗效。方法按照数字随机方式将80例妊娠剧吐患者分成对照组和实验组，每组各40例；对照组患者选择常规补钾剂量治疗，实验组患者则选择大剂量补钾治疗。结果实验组患者的呕吐症状缓解率、出院时的血钾水平均高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论临床中针对妊娠剧吐患者，给予大剂量补钾治疗，有效改善患者的血钾水平。%Objective To analyze the effect of large dosage of potassium supplement on the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods80 cases of pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine potassium supplement,and the experimental group was treated with large dosage of potassium supplement.Results In the experimental group,the remission rate of vomiting symptoms and the blood potassium level at discharge were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,to give a large dose of potassium supplement treatment,effectively improve the patient's blood potassium level.
