中医护理干预对肛肠术后排便困难的改善分析

摘要

Objective To study TCM nursing intervention on defecation difficulties after anorectal operation improvement. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from April 2015 to December 2015 from 80 cases of anorectal surgery in the treatment of patients with clinical data,control group of 40 cases of patients with routine nursing care,observation group received routine nursing based on the application of TCM nursing intervention, comparative analysis to improve the situation of the two groups of patients with difficult defecation. Results(1)Compared with the control group(70%), the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly higher,P < 0.05,with statistical significance(95%).(2)The observation group of patients with postoperative defecation symptoms score improvement and control group comparison,significantly better,P < 0.05,have statistical significance. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention not only improved the anorectal surgery in the treatment of patients with clinical curative effect, also in patients with anorectal postoperative defecate difficulty symptom gradual y relieved.%目的：研究分析中医护理干预对肛肠术后排便困难的改善效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2015年4～12月收治的80例肛肠术治疗患者的病历资料，对照组中的40例患者应用常规护理，观察组患者常规护理基础上应用中医护理干预，对比分析两组患者的排便困难的改善情况。结果（1）观察组患者临床证候有效率（95%）比对照组（70%）高，P ＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。（2）观察组患者术后排便困难症状积分改善情况比对照组优，P ＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论中医护理干预不仅仅提高了肛肠术治疗患者的临床疗效，同时患者肛肠术后排便困难症状逐渐缓解。
