痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of tanreqing injection on children with acute upper respiratory infection with fever in the treatment effect. Methods In our hospital received of 40 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever in children as the research object, yanhuning injection treatment was given to the control group,the observation group to be tanreqing injection in the treatment. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%(19/20),higher than that of the control group of 80%(16/20). Conclusion In the treatment of febrile children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,tanreqing injection treatment effect is better than that of yanhuning.%目的：深入探讨痰热清注射液作用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热治疗中的效果。方法选取我院接收的40例急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患儿为研究对象，对照组给予炎琥宁注射液治疗，观察组予以痰热清注射液治疗。结果经过系统的治疗，观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%（19/20），高于对照组患者的80.00%（16/20）。结论在小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热的治疗中，痰热清注射液的治疗效果优于炎琥宁。
