探讨改良乳腺癌手术与传统乳腺癌手术临床利弊对比研究

摘要

Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of traditional breast cancer surgery and breast cancer surgery.Methods 50 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital were analyzed from January 2012 to December 2015, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, there were 25 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional breast cancer surgery, while the observation group received modiifed breast cancer surgery. The results of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the bleeding volume was (110.4±14.3) ml, the operation time (102.1±16.2) min, hospitalization time (10.2±2.1) d, the control group (153.8±21.4) ml, (137.7±32.5) min, (14.7±3.5) d.Results there were significant differences (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 8%, the recurrence rate was 4%, and the excellent and good rate of breast appearance was 92%, while that of the control group was 32%, 24%, 0 (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe improvement of breast cancer surgery is better than traditional surgery, the effect is better.%目的：探讨分析传统乳腺癌手术和改良乳腺癌手术的利弊。方法2012年1月-2015年12月我院对50例乳腺癌患者进行了研究分析，将患者分成对照组和观察组，均有25例。对照组患者接受传统乳腺癌手术治疗，观察组接受改良乳腺癌手术治疗。对两组的手术效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的手术出血量为（110.4±14.3）ml、手术时间（102.1±16.2）min、住院时间（10.2±2.1）d，对照组为（153.8±21.4） ml、（137.7±32.5）min、（14.7±3.5）d，结果差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率8%，复发率4%，乳房外观优良率92%，对照组为32%、24%、0（P＜0.05）。结论改良乳腺癌手术比传统手术优秀，效果更好。
