加强陪护管理在感染科护理工作中的应用效果

摘要

Objective study The application effect of strengthening management in infectious disease nursing work.Methods The infectious disease in September 2011 to 3 months I hospital infection division cure patients, 20 patients randomly selected to strengthen management, this paper discusses the application of management to strengthen effect, Results Strengthen the training management regulation patients psychological environment, effective control the spread of infectious diseases and shorten the time of patients in hospital. Conclusion Strengthen the management to the infectious disease nursing work of great value, effectively raise the degree of satisfaction of patients and to the patient's rehabilitation therapy have a positive role in promoting.%　　目的 研究探讨加强陪护管理在感染科护理工作中的应用效果。方法 选取感染科在2011年9月—2012年3月来该医院感染科治疗的患者，随机选取20例患者进行加强陪护管理，探讨加强陪护管理的应用效果。结果 加强培训管理调节患者的心理有效地控制感染性疾病的传播，缩短了患者的住院时间。结论 加强陪护管理在感染科护理工作中很有价值，对患者的康复治疗有积极的促进作用。
