秩和比法在适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率监测数据综合评价中的应用

         

摘要

目的 应用秩和比法分析适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率监测数据,为改进疫规划疫苗接种工作提供参考依据.方法 应用基于秩和比的分档法对某地14家乡镇级接种单位的免疫规划疫苗检测数据进行综合评价. 结果 不同乡镇级接种单位的排序和分类结果为:虹园村和两家子属于"差"等级,桦皮厂、哈达、孤店子、双吉和通江属于"中"等级,文庙、左家、兴华、东局子、土城子、民主和新建属于"好"等级. 不同免疫规划疫苗的排序排序和分类结果为:百白疫苗和甲肝疫苗属于"差"等级,白破疫苗、脊灰疫苗、流脑疫苗、乙脑疫苗和乙肝疫苗属于"中"等级,麻腮风疫苗和卡介苗属于"好"等级.结论 应用秩和比法分析不同接种单位不同免疫规划疫苗接种率监测数据,可以切实掌握适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗预防接种情况和影响因素,指导疫苗接种工作,为预防和控制特定传染病的发生和流行奠定了坚实基础.%Objective RSR analysis of school-age children EPI vaccination rate monitoring data to provide reference for im-proving the immune planning vaccination. Methods Applications based RSR binning method EPI vaccine testing data somewhere 14 home township comprehensive evaluation of vaccination units. Results Sorting and classification of different vaccination units to the township level: Hongyuan and Liangjiazi are "poor" rating, Huapichang, Hada, Gudianzi, Shuangji and Tongjiang belong to "medium"rating, Wenmiao, Zuojia , Xinghua, Dongjuzi, Tuchengzi , Minzhu and Xinjian belong to the "good" rating. Sort and categorize the results of different immunization program for vaccine: diphtheria vaccine and hepatitis A vaccine are "poor" rating, diphtheria vaccine, polio vaccine, meningitis vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine are "in" rating, MMR wind and BCG vaccines are "good" rating. Conclusions Applications RSR analysis of different units of different vaccination EPI vaccine coverage monitoring data, school-age children can really grasp EPI vaccinations and prevention factors, to guide vaccination for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in-cidence and prevalence of specific lay a solid foundation.
