自制牙科高速涡轮手机清洗机的研发及其临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨研究该院研发的自制牙科高速涡轮手机清洗机的应用效果。方法采用该院自制的牙科高速涡轮手机清洗机以及该院新进的牙科高速涡轮手机清洗机，分别对该院使用过的高速涡轮手机进行清洗，统计以往使用清洗次数的效果，消毒前后均用无菌的棉签擦拭高速涡轮手机的表面进行标本采集，送到检验科以及细菌室进行检测，对于白色念珠菌、变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及乙肝病毒进行检测，以阴性结果为标准，使用合格率来表示。且对于手机的保养情况进行分析，包括其清洁磨损情况、手机功能是否完好。结果两组的清洗合格率结果显示，观察组清洗机对高速涡轮手机的清洗合格率为93.67%，对照组清洗机对高速涡轮手机的清洗合格率为90.00%，两组差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.576，P>0.05）。两组清洗机对于高速涡轮手机的保养情况综合显示，观察组和对照组的磨损情况数量占总数的百分比间的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。且两组高速涡轮手机的功能使用情况均无较大的差异。结论该院改进并自制的牙科高速涡轮手机清洗机对高速涡轮手机具有较好的清洁效果，而且可以在临床中长期使用，具有良好的效益。%Objective To investigate the effect of the development of our hospital dental homemade cleaning machines, high-speed turbine handpieces.
