不同产地赤芍中重金属和有机氯类农药残留的色谱法分析研究

摘要

目的：该研究采用色谱法检测不同产地赤芍中重金属和DTT残留。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法对不同产地赤芍中重金属含量进行分析，气相色谱法检测有机氯类农药残留。结果10个不同产地赤芍中所有样品中均未检出汞、砷、铅含量超标；1个产地样品中检出有机氯类农药残留超标。结论个别药材检出有机氯农药残留超标，但总体情况良好。%Objective The present research aim to analysis the heavy mental and organochlorine pesticide residues in Chishao from different origin. Methods The heavy mental content was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry and organochlorine pesticide was detected by gas chromatography. Results All the samples in the 10 areas met the specification in heavy mental aspect. The results also showed that 1 sample did not meet the specification in DDT. Conclusion Though 1 sample did not meet the specification, the overall quality of Chishao is good.
