健康教育在消化内科护理运用效果分析

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of health education applications in clinical care gastroenterology patients. Methods Gastroenterology in our hospital from 2013 November to 2014 June were treated 110 patients were divided into ball method using the touch test group and general group, the use of conventional care model for the implementation of the general care of patients in routine care on the basis of the test group for patients with health education . Comparison of the two groups of patients with psy-chological conditions, self-care and care satisfaction scores. Results The two groups of patients prior to the implementation of care Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, self-care (ESCA) scores are not significantly dif-ferent (P>0.05), the implementation of care after the test group were self-rating depression scale score, anxiety scale scores were lower than normal patients, self-care and care satisfaction scores significantly higher than the general group of patients, with a sta-tistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In routine care on the basis of Gastroenterology given patient health education, which can effectively improve the psychological status of patients, improve patient care and satisfaction.%目的:观察健康教育在消化内科患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法将2013年11月-2014年6月在该院消化内科收治的110例患者采用摸球法平均分成试验组和一般组,采用常规护理模式对一般组患者实施护理,在常规护理的基础上对试验组患者实施健康教育。比较两组患者的心理状况、自我护理能力评分和护理满意度。结果实施健康教育前两组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、自我护理能力(ESCA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施护理后,试验组患者的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分均低于一般组患者,自我护理能力评分和护理满意度明显高于一般组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上,对消化内科患者实施健康教育,可有效改善患者心理状况,提高患者的护理满意度。
