口腔综合保健在预防儿童龋齿中应用

摘要

目的：探讨口腔综合保健在预防儿童龋齿过程中的应用，用以指导临床预防措施。方法将治疗组78例应用口腔综合保健的效果与对照组78例仅进行常规口腔保健的效果进行比较观察。结果治疗组在刷牙方法正确率、刷牙次数、定期检查次数等方面均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，同时其龋齿发生率也明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合保健预对防儿童龋齿具有重要意义，可帮助儿童养成良好的口腔保健习惯，帮助儿童家属及其监护人树立正确的口腔保健观念，能有效预防儿童龋齿发生，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the application of oral comprehensive care for preventing dental caries in children, in order to guide the clinical preventive measures. Methods 78 patients in the treatment group gave the comprehensive care measures and 78 patients in the control group applied the normal oral care measures. Comparing the effect between the two groups in preventing children's dental caries. Results The care effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the correct rate of teeth cleaning method, the teeth cleaning number and the regular inspection number (P<0.05). At the same time, the inci-dence of dental caries in the treatment group is obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The oral comprehen-sive care in preventing the children's dental caries plays important role. It can help children develop good oral care habits, help their guardians to set up correct concept of oral health and can effectively prevent dental caries in children. So it is worth of clini-cal application.
