放射科安全管理

摘要

随着放射诊断在临床的不断普及，对于日常防护安全的管理就需要引起广泛的重视。安全管理不但要严格执行国家有关规定进行制度化、规范化建设，还应当重点加强人员、设备安全操作等方面的管理。对于放射科的工作人员，应做到合理配备，并定期组织强化防护知识培训，同时定期对相关人员的健康进行监护。在进行放射检查时，还应注意对患者及陪护人员进行适当的放射防护。放射科内不同的设备均应严格执行相关国家标准，而放射诊断设备的操作则必须符合安全要求。只有将放射防护安全管理与质量保证和控制进行有机结合，才能够保证放射诊断的质量。%With the continuous popularization of radiodiagnosis in clinical treatment, daily safety management should be paid more and more attention to. Safety management should not only be in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state so as to achieve institutionalization and standardization construction, but also should focus on strengthening the management of per-sonnel and equipment safety operation, etc. The personnel of radiology department should cooperate reasonably, regular safety pro-tection knowledge trainings should be organized, and meanwhile the health of relevant personnel should be monitored on a regular basis. During radioscopy examination, radiological protection for both patients and escort personnel should also be paid proper at-tention to. Different equipments in radiology department shall be in strict accordance with the relevant national standards, and the equipment operation of radiodiagnosis must meet the safety requirements. Only by organically combing the radiological protection safety management with quality assurance and control can the quality of radiodiagnosis be guaranteed.
