路径式管理提高护理质量控制效率的效果观察

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of path management application in the quality of clinical care.Methods 40 cases of routine care management nurses in this study were selected during the implementation of our hospital from February 2010 to De-cember 2012 as a control group, 50 cases of management method chosen during January 2013 to January 2015 implementation of our hospital nurses as the study group patients,Two groups of patients were compared in quality of care (including primary care, psychological care and nursing operations, etc.), knowledge level of care, care for the caregiver and the patient complaint rate of satisfaction and so on.Results After the survey, the study group to grasp the situation based care, psychological care, and care op-erations such as quality of care and nursing knowledge than the control group, the difference was significant, statistically significant(P<0.05), the study group of nursing care satisfaction 94% higher than 77.5%, 2% complaint rate 12.5 percent lower than the control group, the difference was significant, statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application path management in the clinical quality of care can improve quality of care, strengthen the grasp of nursing knowledge, reduce nursing complaint rate and improve overall hospital level of care.%目的:观察应用路径式管理在临床的护理质量中的应用效果。方法选取2010年2月-2012年12月期间该院实施常规护理管理方法的40例护士作为对照组,选取2013年1月-2015年1月期间该院实施路径式管理方法后的50例护士作为研究组,观察比较两组患者在护理质量(包括基础护理、心理护理以及护理操作等)、护理知识掌握情况、护理投诉率以及患者对护理人员的满意度等情况。结果经过调查结果显示,研究组基础护理、心理护理以及护理操作等护理质量和护理知识的掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护理人员的护理满意度94%高于对照组77.5%,投诉率2%低于对照组12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用路径式管理在临床的护理质量中可以提高护理质量,加强护理知识的掌握,降低护理投诉率,提高医院整体的护理水平。
