医闹问题产生的原因分析和对策探讨

         

摘要

近年来医患纠纷数量呈急剧上升趋势且医患双方冲突的激烈程度在不断升级。可以说,医院不仅仅是对患者生理上的治愈,而且医护人员还要对患者做好充分的人性化疏导,以减少医闹事件的发生。优化医疗保障体系可以通过培养医护人员的综合素质来达到提升医疗机构整体服务水平的效果。进而,可以更好的为患者开展医治工作,增加患者的满意度。然而,现阶段在医护人员对患者进行医疗护理工作的过程中,或多或少存在一些问题,产生了医患纠纷。该研究通过综述医闹问题产生的原因,并针对此现状提出相应的改进意见,希望能为提升医护质量,减少医闹做出有益贡献。%In recent years,the number of doctor-patient dispute rises sharplyand the Doctor-patient Conflict fierce degree not up-grade.
