手术室护理风险分析及防范措施研究

摘要

Objective To identify factors of operation room nursing risk, and explore the nursing risks and preventive measures. Methods 56 cases in our hospital operation room nursing staff as the research object, analysis of possible risk factors and the for-mation of nursing in operation room, to take effective preventive measures to avoid the risk of the occurrence, change contrast be-fore and after the nursing level prevention. Results The satisfaction of nursing prevention measures was significantly higher than that of preventive measures, the complaint rate, risk rate and error rate decreased significantly, the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). Take preventive nursing measures, service attitude, communication skills, proficiency in the operation, the emer-gency ability and sense of responsibility and other aspects of the score increased significantly, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion To take preventive measures to reduce the risk of nursing in operation room, the dispute between nurses and patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, can improve the quality of care, protection of operation room nursing safety, it is worthy of popularization and application in clini-cal practice.%目的：明确手术室护理风险形成的因素，探讨护理风险的防范措施。方法以该院56例手术室护理人员为研究对象，分析手术室护理中可能存在风险与形成因素，采取有效地防范措施避免风险的发生，对比防范前后的护理水平变化情况。结果采取防范措施后的护理满意度显著高于防范措施前，在投诉率、风险率和差错率等方面显著降低，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采取防范护理措施后，护理人员的服务态度、沟通能力、操作熟练程度、应急能力和责任心等方面的评分显著提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理风险采取防范措施，减少了护患之间纠纷，降低了不良事件的发生率，建立和谐的护患关系，可以提高护理质量，保障手术室护理安全，值得在临床实践中推广应用。
