儿科实习护生护患关系中存在的问题与对策

摘要

Clinical practic plays a very important role in the process of a nurse growth,is a transitional phase from a pure student to a clinical nurse,is an important part of training practical skills, clinical thinking ability,professional ethics and relationship be-tween nurse and patients,also is a very important“Shape period”.In the clinical nursing practice a good Nurse‐patient relationship is an important foundation for nursing staff getting effective nursing information from patients and finishing nursing work success-fully. Facing the particularity and complexity of pediatrics ,it makes nursing students who just graduated from college a great diffi-culty in the internship.I analyze the situation of Nurse‐patient relationship of pediatric practice nursing students and point out measures.%实习阶段是一名护生从单纯的学生向临床护士转变的过渡阶段，是培养学生实践能力，临床思考能力，职业道德以及应对护患关系能力的关键环节，是非常重要的“塑型期”[1]。在护理临床实践中，培养良好的护患关系是取得患者有效护理信息及完成护理工作的重要方面。儿科的特殊性和复杂性，使刚踏出校门的护生们面临了实习中的一大难关。该文就儿科实习护生的护患关系现状进行了分析，并提出了应对措施。
