人文关怀理念在儿科护理教学中的运用和效果分析

         

摘要

目的:分析研究儿科护理教学中护生人文关怀理念培养的应用价值。方法选取2013级专科护理专业2个班学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位分为研究组、对照组,对照组实施常规教学,研究组采取人文关怀理念教学,对研究组和对照组的校内儿科护理案例考核以及临床护理考核对比。结果研究组的校内儿科护理案例考核以及临床护理考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理教学当中加入人文关怀理念,可以提高教学效果,具有临床推广价值。%Objective Analysis and research of pediatrics nursing teaching of cultivating the humanistic care concept of nursing students in application value. Methods Select a level 2013 nursing students of class 2 as the research object, in the class is divid-ed into research group, the control group, the control group of conventional teaching, the team take humanism idea, for pediatric nursing case group and the control group of campus appraisal and assessment of clinical nursing. Results Pediatric nursing team of the school case examination and clinical nursing assessment result is better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Join the humanistic care concept in the pediatric nursing teaching, can improve the humanities quality and ability of nursing students, have clinical popularization value.
