血液检验标本误差的原因分析及预防策略

摘要

目的：探讨血液检验标准出现误差的原因，提出有效的预防策略，保证血液检验的质量。方法选取在该院2014年12月-2015年3月期间进行血液检查的100份血液检验标本误差，对这些标本进行分析，找出检验结果存在误差的原因，并提出相应的改进方案，从而提高血液标本的质量。结果在所有检验血液标本时引起误差的原因之中，有15%是患者自身的原因，共15例；标本送检的原因占15%，共15例；标本检验的原因占30%，共30例；标本采集的原因占40%，共40例。结论在进行血液检验的过程中，很多原因会影响到血液检验标本的质量，因此在进行血液检验工作时必须要规范各项工作，加强送检工作，确保临床检验的确诊率。%Objective To investigate the blood testing standard, the reasons of error occurring in put forward effective prevention strategies, guarantee the quality of blood test.Methods Selection in December of 2014~2015 in our hospital for blood test during the period of March 100 blood test specimen error, to analyze the specimens, find out the reason of the results of the test error, and puts forward corresponding improving scheme, so as to improve the quality of blood specimen.Results In the cause of this error when all test blood samples, 15%had been a patient's own reason, a total of 15 cases;The cause of the specimens were accounted for 15%, a total of 15 cases;The cause of the test specimens (30%), a total of 30 cases;The cause of the specimen (40%), a total of 40 cases.Conclusion In the process of blood inspection, a lot of reasons will affect the quality of blood test specimen, so when blood inspection work must be to standardize the work, strengthen the inspection work, make sure that the positive rate of clinical test.
