Objective To understand residents of coronary heart disease incidence, disease classification and risk factors, to ex-plore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods To analyze 2013 incidence of coronary heart disease and coronary heart dis-ease (CHD) risk factors analysis in 2013. Results Incidence of coronary heart disease incidence of 75.91/10 in 2013, along with the age growth and growth, the highest in more than 60 people, accounting for 76.87%of the total number of disease. The onset of myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease is the main type, accounting for 82.24%of the total cases. Conclusion Yiyuan county residents to higher incidence of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, high percentage of patients, it is necessary to high-risk population intervention measures.%目的：了解居民冠心病发病率、发病分型及危险因素，探索相应的防治对策。方法分析2013年冠心病发病数据及2013年冠心病危险因素分析。结果2013年冠心病发病率75.91/10万，发病率随年龄增长而增长，60岁以上人群发病率最高，占总发病人数的76.87%。心肌梗死是冠心病最主要的发病类型，占总病例的82.24%。结论沂源县居民冠心病发病率较高，合并高血压、糖尿病的患者比例较高，有必要对高危人群采取干预措施。
