儿科情景教学与模拟人技能培训在儿科见习课中的应用探讨

         

摘要

Objective To analyze and study the application of situational teaching and simulator skill training in the prac-tice class in the department of paediatrics. Methods The students who will attend the practice class in the department of paediatrics were divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the observation group adopted the situational teaching in the department of paediatrics and simulator skill training, and the examination scores of the two groups were compared. Results The examination score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance P<0.05. Conclusion In order to adapt to the teaching re-form and improve the teaching quality, we apply the method of situational teaching and simulator skill training thus making up for the disadvantages of traditional teaching method, guiding and cultivating the learning interest of students, improving the clinical overall analysis, judgment and thinking abilities of students and improving the teaching effect.%目的:对儿科情景教学与模拟人技能培训在儿科见习课中的应用予以分析和探讨。方法将来学习儿科见习课的学生分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用儿科情景教学与模拟人技能培训。对两组学生的考核成绩进行对比。结果观察组学生的考核成绩明显高于对照组学生,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为了适应教学改革,提高教学质量,运用情景教学与模拟人技能培训相结合的教学方法,以弥补传统教学方法的不足,引导和培养学生的学习乐趣,提升学生的临床综合分析、判断和思维能力,以提高教学效果。
