目的：探讨传染病报告信息化管理所具有的优势与存在的不足。方法①建立传染病电子报告系统并实施强制性报卡。②通过门诊医生工作站、住院医生工作站、医院检验系统、放射检查系统及病案系统的信息整合以便对传染病报告进行自查。结果信息化管理后，该院传染病报卡数、报告及时率和完整率都有明显提高。结论信息化的某些不健全使管理工作并未减少，反而在一定程度上有所增加。因此传染报告的管理的提升，在很大程度上仍依靠管理措施的持续改进。%Objective To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the information management of infectious disease re-porting. Methods To establish an electronic reporting system for infectious diseases and to implement mandatory reporting. Through the outpatient doctor workstation, hospital doctor workstation, hospital inspection system, radiological examination system and medical record system of information integration in order to carry out a self-examination of infectious diseases report. Results After the information management, the number of infectious diseases reported in our hospital, the rate of re-porting and the integrity of the report were significantly improved. Conclusion Some of the information is not perfect so that the management of the work has not been reduced, but to a certain extent, has increased. Therefore, the management of in-fectious diseases report to a large extent, still rely on the continuous improvement of management measures.
