PDCA循环在护士静脉给药查对中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation management model in the system of checking nursing in medicine carried out by nurses. Methods The true causes of issues and disadvantages in the system of checking nursing in medicine carried out by nurses were found out by the PDCA circulation management model and the improvement measures were made and implemented, the improvement effect was confirmed and finally the measures were standardized. Results The nurses could accurately carry out the system of checking nursing in medicine in the intravenous drug adminis-tration thus avoiding the occurrence of nursing errors. Conclusion The application of PDCA management model can effec-tively improve the executive force of the system of checking nursing in medicine carried out by nurses and constantly im-prove the nursing quality.%目的：探讨PDCA循环管理模式在护士执行静脉给药查对制度中的应用效果。方法针对护士在执行静脉给药查对制度中存在的问题与不足，运用 PDCA循环管理模式，找出真因，制定并落实改进措施，确认改进效果，最终将措施标准化。结果护士在静脉给药中能够正确执行查对制度，避免了护理差错的发生。结论运用PDCA管理模式，能够有效提升护士查对制度的执行力，实现护理质量的持续改进。
