目的：：分析成人股骨头缺血性坏死的影像表现和诊断.材料和方法：22例成人股骨头缺血性坏死病例,22例均做了 X 线平片检查,20例做了 CT 断层扫描,10例做了 MRI 检查.结果：22例 X 线平片检查,15例诊断本病,4例提出本病诊断可能,3例未见明确异常征象；20例 CT 断层扫描,19例对本病作出诊断,1例提出本病诊断可能,建议 MRI 检查.10例 MRI 检查,均诊断本病.结论：X 线平片是最基本的影像学检查手段,中晚期均能做出明确诊断,早期诊断有一定困难.最早期影像学表现为 MRI 改变.CT 早期表现较为敏感,中晚期表现十分典型,利于早期诊断.%Purpose:Imaging findings and diagnosis of adult femoral head avascular necrosis.Materials and Methods:22 cases of femoral head avascular necrosis of the femoral head in 22 cases,cases underwent X-ray plain film examination,20 cases underwent CT scan,and 10 cases underwent MRI examination.Results:22 cases of X-ray plain film examination,1 5 cases of diagnosis of this disease,4 cases of the diagnosis of the disease may be,3 cases without clear abnormal signs;20 cases of CT scan,1 9 cases of the disease to make a diagnosis,1 cases of the disease diagnosis may be suggested that MRI examination.10 cases of MRI examination,were diagnosed with the disease.Conclusion:X-ray plain film is the most basic imaging examination means,in the middle and late can make a clear diagnosis,early diagnosis has certain difficulties.The earliest imaging findings were MRI changes.CT is more sensitive to early performance,which is very typical in the middle and late stage,which is helpful for early diagnosis.
