病毒性心肌炎应用黄芪生脉饮的辅助治疗效果研究

摘要

Objective:to analysis of viral myocarditis adjuvant treatment effect of the astragalus membranaceus pulse-activating de-coction applied research.Methods:in November 201 3 to December 201 5,our hospital will be randomly assigned 86 patients with viral my-ocarditis on computers,divided into treatment group and routine group,each group of patients are in 43 cases.Treatment with convention-al group general way,and the treatment group given astragalus pulse-activating decoction adjuvant therapy.To compare the effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:the treatment group patients in the study of the total effective rate was 93.02% (40/43);Regu-lar group total effective rate was 67.44% (29/43)patients.Comparative differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:in the process of treatment in patients with viral myocarditis,used in the adjuvant treatment of astragalus membra-naceus pulse-activating decoction can effectively improve the overall treatment effect,improve the effect of the patients with viral myocar-ditis and symptoms,is worth popularization in clinical use.%目的：：分析病毒性心肌炎应用黄芪生脉饮的辅助治疗效果研究.方法：2013年11月至2015年12月间，我院将86例病毒性心肌炎患者通过电脑随机分组的方式，分为治疗组和常规组，每组患者均为43例.常规组采用一般方式治疗，而治疗组给予黄芪生脉饮辅助治疗.对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析.结果：研究中治疗组患者总有效率为93．02％(40/43)；常规组患者总有效率为67．44％(29/43).两组间比较差异具备统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：在对病毒性心肌炎患者进行治疗的过程中，运用黄芪生脉饮辅助治疗能够有效提升整体的治疗效果，改善患者病毒性心肌炎的效果和症状，临床中值得推广使用.
