50例脾外伤的 CT 诊断与分型探讨

摘要

Purpose:To investigate the diagnosis and classification of splenic trauma and the clinical value of CT.Materials and Meth-ods:CT findings of 50 cases of splenic trauma in our hospital in recent years were retrospectively analyzed.Result:According to CT,splen-ic trauma was divided into 3 types:type I (cases)and 9 cases of the capsule;.In 18 cases,1 5 cases were localized rupture of spleen rup-ture,3 cases of extensive rupture,23 cases of type III (mixed type),including 1 3 cases of localized rupture of spleen,10 cases of extensive rupture of spleen with capsule rupture.Conclusion:CT examination can clearly make the diagnosis and classification of splenic trauma,can provide reliable basis for clinical.%目的：：探讨 CT 检查对脾外伤的诊断与分型以及对临床的价值。材料与方法：对我院近年来50例脾外伤 CT 表现进行回顾性分析探讨。结果：根据 CT 表现将脾外伤分为3型：Ⅰ型(包膜下破裂积血)9例；Ⅱ型(中央型脾实质破裂)18例，其中局限性破裂15例，广泛性破裂3例；Ⅲ型(混合型)23例，其中局限性脾实质破裂伴包膜下破裂积血13例，广泛性脾实质破裂伴包膜下破裂积血10例。结论：CT 检查能够明确作出脾外伤的诊断与分型，能为临床提供可靠依据。
