西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠临床应用观察

摘要

目的：：探究西药头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠临床应用效果.方法：选患者90例分对照和观察组各45例.对照组静脉滴注头孢他啶，观察组静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率.结果：经统计观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组的不良反应发生率明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：西药头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠对于治疗炎症有着显著的疗效，患者能够接受，值得临床上广泛推广.%Objective:ve To explore the clinical application effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in Western medicine. Methods::90 patients were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received intrave-nous ceftazidime,observation group intravenous injection of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,the incidence of two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:western medicine of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium has signifi-cant curative effect for the treatment of inflammation,patients can accept,is worthy of popularization in clinical.
