蒸汽养护及矿粉对混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性能影响

         

摘要

通过开展蒸汽养护与标准养护的对比试验,系统研究了混凝土的力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能,同时研究矿粉对混凝土性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜的微观测试手段分析冻融前后混凝土的微观形貌.研究结果表明:蒸养对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性产生不利影响,在混凝土中掺矿粉可以减小蒸养对混凝土微观结构和耐久性的负作用.%Comparative tests between steam curing and standard curing are carried out, systematically research are conducted on mechanical property, resistance to chloride penetration and to freezing-thawing, meanwhile, the influence of slag on concrete property is studied and the microphotography of hardened concrete before and after alternation of freezing and thawing is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that steam curing has negative effect on the resistance to chloride penetration and freezing-thawing and slag in concrete can reduce the negative effect of steam curing on micro structure and durability of concrete.
